Orders are carefully prepared and shipped according to size.

  • A small, unframed pieces or prints: 1–3 business days
  • Original paintings or larger pieces needing protective packaging: 3–7 business days
Shipping times vary depending on your location, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

2. How should I care for my artwork?

Each piece is unique. Handle with care and avoid direct sunlight or moisture when possible. Framing or protective glass can help preserve your artwork over time. Your art piece will arrive with more detailed instructions.

3. Can I return or exchange an artwork?

Each piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you to resolve it.

4. Is my personal information safe?
